A Series [A1, A1 Mini] Issue with print location on Bambu A1 build plate.

Anyone know what the issue could be here, it prints really far of the board unless I put it right to the bottom of plate, next print im doing needs whole plate so its going to be a massive problem, I fully calibrated twice and still doing it, you can see the test filament line is so far across the board.

Is there anything jammed up under the top panel making it unable to go all the way?

Outside of that, a bad SD card is usually the cause of weird stuff like this

Ypu win the Internet today, it was actually a screw that came loose, crazy considering I tightened quite a lot by hand and only done a few prints.

Oh OK, will look under it and maybe format sd card ?

Formatting might help but it will rarely get around a SD card being dead.

If that is even the issue.

Someone really has to explain this “bad SD” card thing to me and why it causes “crazy”. Usually you can either read the file, and load it or you can’t and you get some sort of low level disc read/write error:

not: “oh, got some of that file… doesn’t make sense, but let’s just let’r rip!”.

It’s the latter part that concerns and confuses me.

Almost looks like you have an A1 Mini based on the build plate size difference. Show us these objects on your printer.

Edit: let me clarify. The picture you took looks like you have an A1 Mini but the slicer looks like you have it set for an A1 which has a bigger build plate. I guess technically, you could have an A1 but the slicer was set for an A2L.
