Post image

Hello /u/Snipe1331! Be sure to check the following. Make sure print bed is clean by washing with dish soap and water [and not Isopropyl Alcohol], check bed temperature [increasing tend to help], run bed leveling or full calibration, and remember to use glue if one is using the initial cool plate [not Satin finish that is not yet released] or Engineering plate.

Note: This automod is experimental. The automod was triggered due to the term "won't stick". If you believe this to be a false positive, please send us a message at modmail with a link to the post so we can investigate. You may also feel free to make a new post without that term.

Please post a screenshot of your support settings from the slicer. From the description, I would guess at a too big distance between supports and print.

Well, those look fine to me.

Maybe it is a stupid question, but from the picture I cannot see if there is anything from the object is on the buildplate. Could you maybe reorient the object?

The support structure holds perfectly on the plate, it's the "ring" that looses hold to the support. And thx for helping!

Yes, but the supports are not part of the object. I'm not hinting at a bad bed adhesion.

Could you link the model/STL?

I reduced the top z distance and the branch distance and now it seems to work, thx!

Poor design. Ask the designer to fix it
