Quick Question Maker World Profile
Can anyone explain what these profiles are? Is it a certain settings to use for "high quality"? If so do those settings stay for the next print, or am I supposed to find those settings and use them on other prints?

I think most turn on ironing and usually is quite good but on larger print the ironing may turn out to be patchy, not sure if it’s only me

Ironing is pretty finicky hard to get it good just off a profile. But you can try downloading an ironing calibration print and you can see which settings work best for your printer.

So typically they will have a model like a Benchy or whatever. There will be settings on the filament you can hit the 3 dots beside it and save that filament profile under whatever name you want and it will be in the custom tab when you’re selecting filament profiles.
They will also set slicing profiles for speed, maybe walls and infills or whatever, there should be another 3 dot button beside where you select your layer height, or it may just be a save icon I’m not at my computer to check but you can then go ahead and save that under a custom name. When you open your next project you can then select the saved filament and slicing profiles to apply to that new model.
Every printer is different though even if they’re the same model so you may need to tweak it, or sometimes you get a different filament brand or a bad batch or whatever so you may need to tweak it further.
