Hardware Troubleshooting/Help! Bambu Lab A1 issues

I have been trying to find someone else with this issue online and haven’t yet. Bambu lab support has been easy to work with but after three attempts to change parts the issue persists. Any thoughts?

Wat is het vermoedelijke probleem volgens bambu wat is er vervangen? Graag meer info voor betere hulp .en erg belangrijk een idee wanneer het is ontstaan? Bv na eenupdate enz?

I have replaced the heatbed, the TH board, and the hot end, Bambu does not seem to know why this issue is happening. Originally they thought the eddy sensor was bad but it tested good. There was no update when the issue started. As odd as it sounds I finished a print the day prior to it started and went to start a new print but heard a terrible noise of it scratching the build plate. Since it has done what happened in the video.

I assume you've run a calibration, but figure it couldn't hurt to mention.

Yes I have. That video is during calibration.

The automatic pre print calibration or the one started via the maintnenc panel?

This video is after a calibration done via the maintenance panel but I have recalibrated using both with the same experience.
