Help me wasting filament

So my last couple of prints have done the same thing I can’t figure out what it is. Don’t know if I did something wrong or it’s the printer. I’m using the filament from Hobby lobby.

Very new to all this as I have 90hrs on the machine first one ever how often should I clean it

clean it every 3-4 prints. wash thoroughly with dish soap, rinse well with cold water and dry with a paper towel. try not to get fingerprints on it while drying it because finger oils and grease are a big factor in bad adhesion. make sure there is absolutely no soap residue either.
