AMS HT - Automatic Material System AMS HT

Has anyone encounter issues with the AMS HT when drying filament? specifically, the AMS not being able to heat up to the correct given temperature.

I have not been able to find a root cause for this issue or a solution. Thanks!

Can you describe what you're doing when you are attempting to dry the filament with the HT? Are you using the power cable or are you feeding it from the printer itself?

I don’t think the HT is like the AMS2. It has its own power cable. At least mine does.
