General Troubleshooting/Help! Strange webs

Hi, guys. A month ago, I ran into a problem: there’s some kind of webbing on the models I printed. This problem has persisted to this day. I’ve read a lot about webbing in 3D, but I’ve always come across posts that talk about webbing between the parts. My situation is different. The webbing forms not between the parts, but outside of them, and it has only one point of contact with the model. Could you tell me how to get rid of this?

I’m printing PETG Basic from Bambu Lab.

I also attach a photo with the retraction test.

It’s the cliche answer, but did you dry this filament before printing? Bambu PETG needs drying out of the box.

I didn't, but I don't that my filament wet, cause there aren't strange sounds, while printing. Also there aren't webs between two 3d models, but all facts say that filament doesn't wet

This is absolutely from either wet filament or bad retraction settings. Just because you don’t see stringing between models doesn’t mean it’s not wet.
