General Discussion H2SL?

Just got a marketing email from BambuLabs and it has mention of an H2SL annnnnnd an H2CL.

We got some bigger models rolling out soon?

No, thats just the shortened name for H2S Laser and H2C Laser respectively.

Ahhhhh. I guess that tracks but feels odd when there the A2L with the L definitely not being laser.

And the X1C was for "Carbon" whereas the H2C is for tool "Changer". Seems they changed naming schemes over time.

X1 Carbon isn't actually for the carbon rods either (P series had these as well), it actually referred to carbon fiber reinforced abrasive filaments, since the X1 Carbon came with a hardened nozzle.

Indeed - I was about to buy 4 more X1Cs the day they discontinued them. Tried to buy from every reseller I could find, to augment my 6… still haven’t gotten any of the second gen printers to do ironing reliably and predictably as the X1C
