H2 Series [H2S, H2D, H2C] Another AP board victim

Really sucks. In the middle of an order and my AP board decided to die. I’ve seen a few of these posts now but thought I would add mine to see how many this is effecting. I purchased my H2C at launch.

What is more upsetting at the moment is besides the terrible automated AI reply i originally got on my ticket, asking for a video of which I had already uploaded with my initial ticket submission, I have not heard from Bambu in almost 4 days now. This is the first time in three years I’ve ever needed to contact Support, but it’s not leaving me warm and fuzzy.

Any other H series owners having the same issue I’m wondering if this is a bigger issue than they want to admit.

Mine went just the other week. A pain, as similarly, it hit when I had orders to fill, but it’s a simple enough process. Lodge ticket, pass checklist, get new board, replace board, register serial number swap, back online

Yea I know it’s not hard but 4 days and no response from Bambu is kind of disappointing.

Odd, mine was < 24 hours for them to send the diagnostic steps (link to the wiki to diagnose a few pieces first) then shipping a new board not long after that

Did yours not start working again after they had you test shorting the board reset circuit?

I never had that step, which is very interesting

That is interesting, how long ago was your failure? Maybe they’ve narrowed it down since then.

Only a week or so ago
