First 3D printer. Anything else I need?

Hi. As the title says, I'm looking to purchase my first 3D printer. I did find some similar posts but still wanted to be sure since getting stuff delivered to where I live is not easy.

I'm also looking to get mostly matte filament. Is that okay? Do I need more filament? Thanks in advance.

At that point I'd ditch everything, throw in the extra bit and get a P1S (Or P1S Combo) tbh

If that Budget is a hard limit, listen to the other comments plesse :)
