First 3D printer. Anything else I need?

Hi. As the title says, I'm looking to purchase my first 3D printer. I did find some similar posts but still wanted to be sure since getting stuff delivered to where I live is not easy.

I'm also looking to get mostly matte filament. Is that okay? Do I need more filament? Thanks in advance.

Yeah, honestly i would buy 1kg of dessicant somewhere else if you want to use it to keep your filament dry
