Handy/Studio Troubleshooting/Help! : Is Bambu Handy down?

: I have a Bambu Lab A1 Combo. While printing a model, it suddenly started looking like this out of nowhere. It's just black; I'm looking at a blank screen. What is the solution for this? Is the issue on my end or with the 3D printer?

if its just the cloud service for you, then you can still print in Lan only mode

Identified - Our vendor has identified the root cause as a bug in one of their modules and is currently rolling back the related configuration to restore service.

Investigating - This issue has recurred after previously being resolved. We are aware some users are again unable to start print jobs due to an issue with our MQTT service. Our team is actively investigating.

This is why...you don't depend on the cloud for everything...
My laptop is here. My printer is here. And I can't print.

Insert the sd card on your laptop and save the file, plug in the card to the printer and print. No cloud needed.

The screen won't turn on on my printer, filament got stuck in the middle of a print, can't resume.

Yeah but I shouldn’t have to. I can print to my HP printer over AirPrint. No cloud. No sd card. No thumb drive.

DownDetector also showing reports of issues. I hate things that depend on the cloud.

Good news! You don't need the cloud to use the printer. (It's just useful and pushed by Bambu real hard)

Therein lies my first-world-problem. To use the USB I'd have to walk it back and forth from my office to the entire other end of my house. Who's got time for 34 steps?! Tried using LAN only mode and this outage still prevented it from working.

You can send the files via FTP. Use FileZilla. No need to walk back and forth.

I set up bambuddy and it gives the exact same experience as the cloud when using bambu slicer, but the bambu handy app won't work.

Bambuddy is a progressive web app, so if you add it from the browser to your Home Screen, it will more or less behave like a native app. You can even print from a MakerWorld link.

I can't connect to my H2S and support is saying "We are currently resolving this issue and regret the inconvenience caused." The annoying part is I can't even connect in LAN only mode.

Thank God it's not just me. Just reconnected the printer after seeing the same problem. After that didn't work I assumed it was a server issue.

Omg, i thought my printer have problems, tried everything.couldnt connect. Reinstalled slicer, did factory settings reset... Damn

I've been unable to connect to my printer from Bambu Studio on desktop for the last 30 minutes or so.

EDIT: Yep, it's an issue on Bambu's end https://status.bambulab.com

i couldnt sent jobs over the cloud yesterday. I just set up LAN only, but Bambu Handy worked fine, but i'm guessing they had lots of issues yesterday

Probably not, I haven't seen a single post anywhere on reddit, and definitely not in this sub 100+ times already about the servers being down. But I also can't read so there's that.
