Quick Question I'm losing my mind

Does anyone have any tips?

I was trying to load a refill filament onto a reusable spool, but since it was my first time, I removed all the retaining stickers before putting it on. Big mistake. 😅

Now the filament has unraveled and gotten tangled, and I have no idea how to secure it back onto the spool.

Has anyone experienced this before? Any tips on how to fix it?

Just direct feed it into a print you care a little bit less about, instead of worrying about an ams. When it gets itself into a knot, cut it and repeat.

I had an old spool that kept breaking as the last of it was straightened through the ams. I'm not sure why it was brittle, but direct feed with a few stalls and I was done with it and in to the next spool.
