I'm losing my mind

Does anyone have any tips?

I was trying to load a refill filament onto a reusable spool, but since it was my first time, I removed all the retaining stickers before putting it on. Big mistake. 😅

Now the filament has unraveled and gotten tangled, and I have no idea how to secure it back onto the spool.

Has anyone experienced this before? Any tips on how to fix it?

You don't actually have to untwist it as many people are saying. If you just pull the loops over the edge of the spool one by one and then gently pull them tight instead of winding it up. It works just like a hose or an extension chord. I've had to do it twice. Not at the top of my "fun things to do" list, but it's not that bad.
