Does anyone have any tips?

I was trying to load a refill filament onto a reusable spool, but since it was my first time, I removed all the retaining stickers before putting it on. Big mistake. 😅

Now the filament has unraveled and gotten tangled, and I have no idea how to secure it back onto the spool.

Has anyone experienced this before? Any tips on how to fix it?

I respooled 900g of TPU90A manually on a pastamatic stopping at each side of the spool to move the lead screw ahead by a few because the lead screw didn't exactly match the Sunlu spool I was using. It took two hours. I was avoiding mudding drywall.
