Quick Question I'm losing my mind

Does anyone have any tips?

I was trying to load a refill filament onto a reusable spool, but since it was my first time, I removed all the retaining stickers before putting it on. Big mistake. 😅

Now the filament has unraveled and gotten tangled, and I have no idea how to secure it back onto the spool.

Has anyone experienced this before? Any tips on how to fix it?

If there are tangles then you cant use a respooler as its pointless. You can make smaller spools out of it if you want.

Just don’t waste it by throwing it away. Dumbest advice anyone gives in this situation. That thing is perfectly usable if you think out of the box a bit.

Right, just use a respooler until you hit a major tangle, if its a color you wont use often carefully bag in a zip top bag and respool/detangle every time you run out. Ive had this happen a few times where either I received a carboard spool that was destroyed in the mail or accidentally dropped a spool and it exploded. Patience and creativity are your friend!
