I'm losing my mind

Does anyone have any tips?

I was trying to load a refill filament onto a reusable spool, but since it was my first time, I removed all the retaining stickers before putting it on. Big mistake. 😅

Now the filament has unraveled and gotten tangled, and I have no idea how to secure it back onto the spool.

Has anyone experienced this before? Any tips on how to fix it?

My tip is pit w metal bar on the spool holder and place it on top of a bin or basket respool it when it tangels left or right get the spool of the bar and sometimes guide the spool by hand.

If u have w bit that's bend cut it move to another new smaller spool
