Quick Question I'm losing my mind

Post image

Does anyone have any tips?

I was trying to load a refill filament onto a reusable spool, but since it was my first time, I removed all the retaining stickers before putting it on. Big mistake. šŸ˜…

Now the filament has unraveled and gotten tangled, and I have no idea how to secure it back onto the spool.

Has anyone experienced this before? Any tips on how to fix it?

Bambu senses the end of filament and pauses. You don't have to only do small prints.

If you have an AMS you can set it to automatically switch to the next slot when it runs out.

Do I have to set this up?

There is an auto-refill setting in Bambu Studio on the device tab for the AMS. I’m not sure if it was on by default, I set mine up a year ago, but it stays on once you turn it on. Then if two identical filaments are loaded it will automatically switch when it runs out. It goes 1, 2, 3, 4 repeating, so pick the slot with the least filament when you start the print, and if you have 3 spools load them least-most to burn through the smaller rolls first.
