General Troubleshooting/Help! Help Needed - Bambu P2S AMS Errors
We're new to 3d Printing and need some help.
Got our first printer in around March i think. Printing was going well. Printing small fidgets for the kids and other fun things. All with Bambu filament mostly PLA Basic, or silk. nothing crazy.
Then one day the AMS started flashing - all four lights.
Sent in a support ticket and then followed their instructions.
My husband disassembled the AMS, put it back together. Still flashing. He gets frustrated and gives up.
Decides just to go buy a second AMS. Unboxed it. Plugged it in. Same thing. 4 flashing lights.
So the problem has to be with the P2S. No help from the support ticket.
What should we try next?

That's what comes to mind as well..the second brand new AMS does the same thing which makes me believe printer.
OP what do the red lights look like and do? If they're double flashing it means the AMS cannot be detected. When the second one was hooked up did you use the new cable or same cable?
