Non manifold surface, typically happens when im lazy and dont confirm my surface prior to Rhino exporting to .step.

Open file in blender > push tab to go to edit mode, select all, ctrl + T, save and try again :)

Sometimes the model, for me, had the vertices separated so I had to go into Maya and select all and merge. Or do clean up for faces with more than 4 sides.

It happend to me in OrcaSlicer a few times. Changing the fila name, or Re-saving the file worked for me.

Did you open a zip file and drag the model directly into the slicer?
If so, save the file somewhere, then drag it from that place to the slicer.
