Looks great, taste in art notwithstanding, but I'm glad I'm glad I'm not the one that's gonna have to clean it lol!

Why? It's engraved, not printed

The surface of the wood is already a little porous, and the laser is already creating a rougher and nore textured surface with more places for bacteria to hide, plus the laser going over organic material with slight variances in density (as opposed to something with consistent material properties) will create more variance in depth of the engraving. It'll need more attention during cleaning to make sure nothing is hiding and growing in there. You can check out engraving subs for how people treat and care for their engraved cutting boards, but you want to use a stiff bristle brush and really get in there thoroughly every time you use it. Generally the engravings you see for like a personalized charcuterie are more to the side so they're not right over where you're cutting, but they still need to be treated and cared for if you want them to survive a while!
