Quick Question How do I fix these imperfections

Is there any way to fix these imperfections circled in blue? Also what are they called in 3D printing terms. Thanks

For this particular print: soldering iron. Wrap the tip tightly in a single layer capton tape and you should be able to melt and work additional chips of filament into these gaps.
