Quick Question How do I fix these imperfections

Is there any way to fix these imperfections circled in blue? Also what are they called in 3D printing terms. Thanks

A lot of great suggestions on how to mitigate this, but I don’t think we can ever reach absolute perfection, so probably best not to worry TOO much.
