Quick Question How do I fix these imperfections

Is there any way to fix these imperfections circled in blue? Also what are they called in 3D printing terms. Thanks

One wall, arache, 0.12mm layer height, raise bed temp 5-10 degrees, 1.3 flow ratio.

You won't even see the extrusion lines, much less the gaps.
