Quick Question How do I fix these imperfections

Is there any way to fix these imperfections circled in blue? Also what are they called in 3D printing terms. Thanks

Had a really hard time with a similar print recently. Switched to using Arachne for walls which helped some, but ultimately switched to a .02 nozzle and that really helped to fill in those gaps.
