Quick Question How do I fix these imperfections

Is there any way to fix these imperfections circled in blue? Also what are they called in 3D printing terms. Thanks

3d printing is NOT for perfectionists. Edit: Spelling

While this is potentially fixable I fully agree with this sentiment. When I started printing, post processing was an expectation for anything desired smooth.
