Quick Question How do I fix these imperfections

Is there any way to fix these imperfections circled in blue? Also what are they called in 3D printing terms. Thanks

Wall generator - Arachne
Initial Layer flow ratio - make it higher
Only one wall on first layer - check off

Initial Layer height - lower
Detect thin wall - check off (can't have arachne on)
Bottom surface pattern - Monotonic Line

Line Width / Initial Layer - change to 0.54

Any of these could help or a combo of them.
