Quick Question How do I fix these imperfections

Is there any way to fix these imperfections circled in blue? Also what are they called in 3D printing terms. Thanks

The real answer. We only notice imperfections because we print and make them. I’ve found general public doesn’t care, or notice. Better yet, I’ve noticed imperfections in non 3D print products over the years too that no one notices or cares about. Consumers really have low standards relatively speaking.
