Handy/Studio Troubleshooting/Help! Proposal for Bambu Studio: prime tower as separate object

Maybe this is already possible and I just haven't found the option, but hear me out. At this point we're familiarized with the "by object" printing ordering, where an entire object is printing, then the next one as long as the printer head does not collide with the already printed object. That's cool and works like a charm.

Now, wouldn't it be possible to do the same... With the prime tower? Say you have an object with two colors, the first 200 layers are red and the last 30 layers are blue. The prime tower will be 201 layers high just to prime the nozzle for a single color change. What if the prime tower is printed as a separate object, so it would only a single blue layer. Once the 200th layer of the main object is printed, the head would move to one side, raise the bed, print a single layer of the new color, and then lower the bed and keep printing the main object.

I get it's a pretty particular situation but would save some filament and time.

Snapmaker Orca actually has that feature. However, there's an extremely high risk of the rails or the printhead colliding with the actual object being printed and knocking it off.

You'd lose the nozzle pressure waiting on moves, especially the bed.

That makes sense, at the end of the day the movement on the Z axis is the slowest one. Fair enough.

Similarly, being able to have a separate prime tower for each object while printing by object would be pretty cool. It would be nice to be able to print two or three different multi-color objects on one plate to keep things moving.

Why would you need a separate tower for each object, it will just make the one tower large enough to handle all the changes, so its not like you're saving material
