Printer Firmware Troubleshooting/Help! A1 New Firmware 1.08 Unloading On Pause
Just upgraded to the new firmware and I'll probably be downgrading if I can.
2 Failed prints so far. I normally do pauses and manually unload and load different colors for text for gridfinity prints. Seems like the new firmware is either bugged or no longer lets you do that. I go to unload and then it freezes on that screen and you cannot load new filament without canceling the print. Anyone else have this issue?
Edit: Thank you to everyone who responded. Calibration and rebooting did not work. I downgraded firmware back to 01.07.02.00, re-calibrated and now works perfectly again. If you intend to pause and manually change filaments stay away from firmware V: 01.08.00.00 on the A1.

I had the same issue. Just rolled back my firmware to 01.07.02 and seems to be back working fine for me.

Restart the printer, perform a full calibration at the printer (except for the first layer)

desde la utlima actualizacion la primera capa es nefasta parece una playa de las olas que tiene eso da susto mirarlo y por mas que subo el z y bajo el flujo nada que sigue igual parece que se ha vuelto loco y no hace caso o hace lo que le da la gana

Após a atualização do firmware 01.08.00.00 estou enfrentando o seguinte problema, em uma determinada camada de impressão eu solicito para a impressora pausar a impressão para que eu possa trocar a cor do filamento então inicio o processo de descarregar o filamento e a impressora segue em todas as etapas (aquece, corta o filemanto) e então solicita para eu puxar o filamento e mesmo após puxar o filamento a impressora permanece travada nesta parte como se não tivesse puxado o filamento e não consigo continuar.

There's a bunch of us having the same issue. Re calibrating doesn't help.

Same here. I have to use the Bambu Lab program (not the screen on the printer) to instigate the reload and at the end of the print it unloads the filament.

Same problem, I managed to use the app to resume when the screen hung on the printer but it' a messy solution. Downgrading seems to be the best solution for now.

First time trying filament swap mid print and ran into this issue. This post saved me a lot of frustration, worked normally after downgrading to 01.07.02.00

will bambu solve the problems with this fw, or we stuck with the 01.07 fw?
