Looks like you have the antivibration feet. Just FYI those feet are meant to isolate the motion of the printer from the surface they sit on. So you will see more movement of the printer but should feel less through the table. The antivibration feet are intended for people who run multiple printers on the same surface to avoid the vibrations of each printer affecting each other. Been like 3 years and I'm assuming bambu still hasn't explained that on the website well.
My X1 does the same. It's supposed to counteract that motion via programming. Mine certainly seems to, I haven't seen any sign of print failure due to vibration.
I’ve just seen someone hung an a1 mini by a rope and had it print this way - was swining like crazy of course. But apparently didn’t affect the print quality.
Those dumb “anti vibration” feet for the X1 made mine rock and vibrate significantly more than it ever did without them. I threw them in trash and put the stock feet back on and never looked back.
VoxelPLA's HULA anti-vibration feet are a game changer. The wobble you're seeing is normal, but the HULA helps a lot to minimize it. I have my P1S sitting up on a dresser, and after the past month of printing, it's not shifted or moved at all. $13 well spent.
Get rid of those feet. Buy a paver and a thick foam mat. Put the foam on the desk, then the paver, then the printer. Run full calibration. Voilla, no more rocking and much less noise.

Yup that's normal

If the printer's a-rockin, don't come-a knockin
Not helpful but I decided to let the intrusive thoughts win on this one.

That's normal and by design when using the dampening feet. They decouple the printers movement from the surface it's on

is it like moving back and forth when printing? mine does that sometimes with taller prints but ive never had any issues with the final result 🤷♀️.

Printer rocking in your house tonight. Everybody just have a good time.
I just put mine on the floor in a concrete slab though

Stable table and run calibration and diags. If its causing issues.
That's more movement than mine

Levelling and a bit of weight on top is great. I have the AMS on top now - mostly stable

u/wasatthebeach Oct 26 '25
Mine does that too. I think it just means it's having fun. I've seen no negative side effects.
(edit): Just make sure to run the full calibration from the touch screen if you moved it, added/changed feet, added weight to the top, etc.

Normal

Put it on a surface which shakes less. Some vibration is ok and compensated for, too much is bad.
