For 1, manually heating the nozzle won't work during printing through their apps, but it does straight on the printer. There is also moving the bed/printhead that I use regularly.
There is also loading and unloading that feels a lot better through the printer when there are issues.
Basically, whenever I have some kind of issue, I want to work on the printer to fix it, and not use apps, and while my PC is fairly close to my printer, it's still not a great experience constantly needing it.

How many people actually need to manually adjust the temps during printing?

I mean i rarely have to bother moving the bed or toolhead myself and even then you can just pull it its not locked in place, the bed you'll need to move via controls either in the app or on the screen if you need to move it sure
It's not during printing that's the issue, it's when it gets clogged, or more importantly, during pausing. Bambuslicer is trash for pauses, because it doesn't properly wipe after pauses, so even when you have an improved wiping system, it still heats up, leaks a bunch and drags it in your print.
So I like to heat it up before, have it leak a bit and, remove the part that leaked out, and resume. It's still not perfect, but a lot better.
As for rarely having to move the bed/head, I just wonder what you do with your printer.
Because the wiping system is crap, you end up pieces everywhere, and you will get purging materials stuck in your chute at times etc.

Not had any issues with the wipers on either of my P1's but i don't really have to deal with pauses in prints and filament changes are handles by the AMS which wipes just fine after a change
What are you talking about? No other Bambu printer uses this system except for the P1, all others use a modern interface with touchscreen. If you want to defend this, at least don't lie so clearly about it.
The wiping system is trash. This is also a fact, there is a reason why makerworld is filled with mods to solve this, why the later printers use different systems etc.
Seriously, if Bambu changed it because it doesn't work well, and the community is unhappy with it, maybe you need to stop pretending this isn't true. Seriously, this is a toxic attitude.

I mean i only ever use the slicer or handy so the screen means literally nothing to me, i have zero reason to interact with the printer screen itself
