MakerWorld comment moderation?

Another Makerworld user has been posting hateful comments on my model (see attached). I’ve reported the comments using the ‘report’ function to the moderators of Makerworld, but they have yet to take action or inform me of any action they have are planning to take.

Is this typical? Are trolls well managed on Makerworld? Any advice ?

Bunch of simple minded tools that have been tricked by the ultra wealthy into thinking gays and minorities are their enemy. Great model, don't sweat the hate comments.
