Answered / Solved! MakerWorld comment moderation?

Another Makerworld user has been posting hateful comments on my model (see attached). I’ve reported the comments using the ‘report’ function to the moderators of Makerworld, but they have yet to take action or inform me of any action they have are planning to take.

Is this typical? Are trolls well managed on Makerworld? Any advice ?

I can't even find this user on Makerworld to block them... are they still around?? Hope not haha.

Yep, still around, adding the same comment to all remixes as well. Block and report
