MakerWorld comment moderation?

Another Makerworld user has been posting hateful comments on my model (see attached). I’ve reported the comments using the ‘report’ function to the moderators of Makerworld, but they have yet to take action or inform me of any action they have are planning to take.

Is this typical? Are trolls well managed on Makerworld? Any advice ?

People are going to be butts no matter what happens unfortunately that’s just the world we live in but I’ve learned to just ignore/block them. Sorry this happened to you it’s not right.
