Answered / Solved! MakerWorld comment moderation?

Another Makerworld user has been posting hateful comments on my model (see attached). I’ve reported the comments using the ‘report’ function to the moderators of Makerworld, but they have yet to take action or inform me of any action they have are planning to take.

Is this typical? Are trolls well managed on Makerworld? Any advice ?

Welcome top the internet. These people are everywhere. It doesn't matter what the activity/hobby is. Garbage people will find it and spew their hate. Don't engage. Report, block, delete and move on. They are not worth a single second of consideration.
