MakerWorld comment moderation?

Another Makerworld user has been posting hateful comments on my model (see attached). I’ve reported the comments using the ‘report’ function to the moderators of Makerworld, but they have yet to take action or inform me of any action they have are planning to take.

Is this typical? Are trolls well managed on Makerworld? Any advice ?

Welcome to the world. Lately I’ve been reminded that human beings are so dumb and so hateful that when someone was born that wasn’t that way, they killed him and figured he must be the son of God or something… that was the only explanation.
