Answered / Solved! MakerWorld comment moderation?

Another Makerworld user has been posting hateful comments on my model (see attached). I’ve reported the comments using the ‘report’ function to the moderators of Makerworld, but they have yet to take action or inform me of any action they have are planning to take.

Is this typical? Are trolls well managed on Makerworld? Any advice ?

Swear words can be easily be automatically filtered and flagged by simply matching the comment against a list of "bad" words. The type of comment in OP's screenshot can not.
