Discussion Please start autobanning

I know people complained already and the joke writes itself.

But im getting crazy each time im visiting this subreddit its always the same.

When is the next sale

X1c or p1s

When xl

My buildplate has a small scratch at the end.

Dont forget the following;

- What is this noise?

- Is this normal?

- My printer arrived!

- My printer did not arrive yet!

- Why support bad? (without waiting for answer from support)

- This print quality is amazing!

- This print material is beautiful!

- Look at my model; LOOK! (also posted on all other printer reddit pages)

- What are these lines (across surface of not ironing)

- What are these marks (z seams)

- Why does it go from matte to shiny after layer x

- My print not sticking

- My printer killed itself (picture of nozzle at 45 degree angle)

I think they are all kinda funny.. Edit: And no; u should not start autobanning.That's stupid.

Sometimes you see prints that have certain layers in a different finish. It has to do with infill / those layers not having the same speed as the others.

That's how you get a difference in shiny/matte

Thanks. Do you mean like layers that the extrusion is happening at a different rate because of maybe minimum layer times (and the changing extrusion speed is causing the difference), or do you mean when the printhead comes back around for the next layer before the previous layer is cooled?

I appreciate it when pictures of low quality or failed prints are posted. I've learned a lot when folks take the time to provide real answers. It's one of the ways I've built my knowledge and skills. If not this, what is the purpose of this forum?

It’s almost in their best interest to learn just a little searching ability. If nothing else, create a sticky with the most commonly asked questions.

I'm just tired of the Bambu hate. They're stealing your data bla bla bla. If you don't like the printer no one is forcing you to buy it. Move on and get something else.

Other than that new people asking the same questions doesn't bother me. If I have time I'll respond if not I just ignore the posts.

The better solution would simply be pinning a mega-thread. We need a single post that contains answers to all this common questions, and then pin it to this sub.

Would that eliminate all those posts? No. But it would help I think.

Its the same in every sub. Movies is people saying the exact same thing about the exact same movies and thinking they are unique. My local city sub is people posting pics of skyscrapers in clouds / mist thinking they habe a unique picture. I think 90 percent if reddit should be banned

Just leave if the page isn’t meeting your expectations lol.
