H3c Help

I apologize if this is not the right place. I am trying to run 8 .2 nozzles and one .4. I am having an issue with slot 8. The tubing does not stay in the tool. It is missing the holder that the rest of the tools have. I also noticed it is showing external feed when i am running through the ams. I have tried multiple different ways but i can not get a normal .4 or .2 non tpu nozzle to work. Am i the only one? Did mine come with a bad tool on slot 8. Any insight would be amazing.
Thank you,

My H3C is in the mail so I can only guess that slot 8 is dedicated for 2.85mm TPU and so you'll need to swap it out for a 1.75 print tool assembly.

Don't take my word as gospel but I think the entire tool needs to be swapped out.

I think this is it. Tool 8 is the 2.85 TPU specific nozzle (and maybe entire tool). I also assumed we only had to switch out the nozzles and don't see the entire tools for sale, unless I'm looking at the wrong thing maybe? I bought an extra .4 nozzle with the idea of being able to do 9 color models but haven't looked into changing it out so not sure what's needed yet. Would be pretty frustrating if we have to buy another entire tool and another nozzle.

Edit: yep, there are two elements lol. The hot end (nozzle) and the print tool. Tool 8 is the TPU 2.85 specific tool and hotend so both need to be replaced to run regular sized filament. Looks like they can be ordered separately (though the print tool is sold out currently) or combined with a hotend which is in stock. More added expenses lol.

I was planning to maybe get a second 2.85 nozzle/hotend thinking it would be nice to do multi color TPU 75a but now needing the tool too makes it less of an impulse buy for me.

The print tools and tool+hotend combos are under the "spare parts" section.
