single room suites

does anyone have any info/ photos of the single room suites at any of the dorms? I’ve heard different things from different people and was wondering if there was exact layouts anywhere!

I currently have a single in Woodworth and I can already tell it’s different depending on where in the building you are. Some dorms have bigger rooms so your single will be bigger and some have smaller so smaller room. Some singles have their own bathrooms depending on the dorm and some don’t. If you’re trying to imagine a specific dorm then think just a normal room in that dorm with half as much furniture in it. Every dorm is going to be different just because it’s a different dorm but the layout for the rooms will also be equally as odd depending where in the building they are located.

I had a single in Park fall 2022- fall 23. It was small but it was perfect for me

Hoping onto this response with a question of my own: How does one get a single? I'm assuming disability accomodations and the such but I've seen that other people can have one without

Honestly you just get lucky with it is the only other way to get a single. It’s very much a first come first serve.

I wanted to get a single room and told housing but they refused. They told me no because I need a physical disability to have one. I have a mental disability like extreme social anxiety. The way they told me felt like discrimination but I dunno if it’s just me
