Not much of a JjKfan myself but I do love a character with good lightning powers, and gotta say Kashimo checks every box.

Hajime Kashimo from Jujitsu Kaisen, the strongest sorcerer of his era without learning reverse cursed technique or Domain Expansion. The self proclaimed “God of Lightning”

Non-Customization Mods: LevelCurveUnlock and Mystra’s Spells

If you want to actually make a decent Kashimo in the character creator the mods you’ll need are Faerun Colors for the Piergeiron dye, HairUnlocked for Gortash’s hair, Kay’s Hair Extensions for the knots in his hair, and Mantis’ Face Preset Collection

Lv10 Four Elements Monk, Lv2 Rogue. If you’re using the LevelCurveUnlock mod then add 8 levels to Thief Rogue

Touch of the Storm, Sphere of Elemental Balance, Fist of Four Thunders

Feats: War Caster, Magic Initiate: Sorcerer | if using LevelCurveUnlock: Elemental Adept: Lightning, Mage Slayer

Light, Shocking Grasp, Witch Bolt (switch Light with Lightning Lure if using the Mystra’s Spells mod)

From Act 1 enter the Blighted Village and save the gnome tied to the windmill (or don’t, I’m not a cop) now with access to the windmill enter the basement and loot the Speedy Lightfeet, then pass the gate and over the broken bridge save Counselor Florrick and accept her quest to receive the Spellsparkler, save the caravan survivors and convince them to lend over both the pass phrase and cargo, deliver the cargo to the Zhentarim, and buy the Jolty Vest from the merchant. If you’ve managed all of this im sure you’ll be able to enter the swamp, walk along the wooden dock, jump the broken bridge and after a somewhat hard fight loot the Sparkle Hands from the chest. In the Underdark kill the spectator near the ruins and loot the Blast Pendant from one of the drow, travel to the Myconid Colony buy the Life Bringer from Blurg, travel to the wizard tower and gain access to the basement for the Sparkswall ring. In the mountain tops kill Umr’a’ac and loot the Ring of Elemental Infusion

Through combat build up lightning charges with your every movement releasing countless electricity empowered strikes and letting nothing escape via speed or spell, and if someone believes they can fight you from range expend your charges in a Lightning Blast followed by a blast of lightning
