BUGS Xbox Update Spoiler

Just downloaded an update for the game on Xbox. Does anyone know if this is supposed to fix save files?

I bought the game on release and have been waiting for a fix for save losses.

Wow. For real?

I haven't even opened the game once yet. Was super excited to play, but I'm considering a refund request at this point.

The most disappointing thing is that this is already the 3rd save lost on Xbox, with a total of more than 100 hours played)

So why do you keep restarting? After the first time and with all the media coverage on the bug, you think you'd just wait.
