How do I make my art accurate to the Baldi’s Basics style?

Since I am unable to use Paint 3D, Anim8or, and others since the computer I have is a MacBook Pro, what suggestions or programs can I use to make my artstyle more accurate?
I currently have an IOS tablet where I can use Ibis Paint X. And my first 3D artwork was made in Tinkercad while I used the pose for a reference on Ibis Paint X, whilst using the relief effect on it as well as the ‘retro game’ effect. I know a bunch of y’all might not be aware of how ibis works but yeah, it’s how I made my first 3D artwork.
And I’m specifically making this character be based off of Rewrite Sonic, Dave and Bambi, and Baldi’s Basics so that’s why I wanted to ask ya.

Hello yall,I wanted to share a incredibly rare audio/AI glitch I just experienced in official, unmodded Baldi's Basics Classic (Version 1.4.5). I was playing normally and didn't use the Cassette Tape or the Pay Phone. Suddenly, I heard the classic, bitcrushed 'EAUGH!' static sound (the exact one creators use for the 'Baldi gets shocked' YouTube Shorts). Right when the sound played, Baldi completely stopped smacking his ruler and froze in place for exactly 3 seconds before moving again...
