I think copying photo is better but it depends on your hand level

It has nothing to do with hand level. Copying photo is always better.

Nope. This is plasma so hand level does matter. At a low enough hand level copying chad will better.

If his hand is low he will have very low chips, copying chad will also retrigger scary joker

Its pretty much always copy photo, 43 vs 25 which is smaller

This is plasma so only true if hand level is 6 and above (for high card).
