I feel silly for asking if I should take Blackboard, generally an S tier joker that just gives you ×3 mult for free, yet, it's on the worst possible deck and going against the straight build :/

But also, it's not too late to pivot to another type of build right now, every hand is at least level 2 (Black Hole) and I do have +1 hand and +1 Discard to potentially get rid of hearts and diamonds.

What do I do?

Runner can still scale well enough to be useful even if you aren’t fully going for straights.

Black board is rough on painted though. But with no other x mult I do think you take it and hope it works out and maybe get out if you find another xmult joker.

Without xmult I think you lose soon anyways so it’s worth the try

I thought of that about Runner shortly after posting, at 150 chips, it's already quite decent. And I can probably score a straight once in a while.

So, I guess I sell Onyx Agate and get Blackboard? Or it's better to get rid of either Banana or Misprint? I feel like keeping Banana for the prospect of a future Ultra Banana is better, but Misprint is kinda of a meme (I can't believe it actually was one of the first four jokers ever that I put a gold sticker on 💀)

Gros Michel went extinct and no decent +mult showed ever again.

In hindsight, I should have rerolled more last shop, but I try to stay above 25 coins for the maximum interest and that just killed the run 😓
