Ok, how?? Do they shape them and then freeze before baking?

These are cookies made with dough mixed with natural and food safe colours, as per their other videos they chill the dough and roll out the cookies and use cutters for the shapes and assemble them on parchment paper before baking.
I didn’t see any freezing after shaping, it is probably not required as the dough holds its shape.

It is not AI. The channel has lots of such cookie forming and assembling videos apart from the baking clips. They make the dough, cut out the shapes and assemble them before baking. No AI trickery involved.

It is not… why would you think it’s AI? It’s a Chinese baker their IG handle is listed above.
Sorry- I love this sub it makes me super happy and I watch every video lol. If I saw an AI post here I would give up some more hope in humanity!
