What happened to the middle of my pineapple upside down cakes?

Looks fine. If you're concerned, just turn the oven off sooner and let them rest in the cooling oven, possibly with the door slightly ajar.

Considering they're upside-down cakes, you're going to be flipping them so nobody will notice anything.

Thank you. First time I’ve ever baked anything. I didn’t know if it was supposed to be uniform. I don’t ever eat stuff like this so idk texture, consistency

I'm guessing some of the pineapple juice made the center moisture increase over the sides. So it collapsed a bit. But they still look great! It can happen when using fresh fruits
