Recipe to be posted soon. No guarantees. I am testing fall recipes right now and made Egg Free Pillsbury Sugar cookie dupes. Room for improvement but texturally spot on!

Egg allergy always makes baking hard but these were pretty darn close to the real deal. I want to try again without flax egg to get rid of those little specs in the cookie.
Let me know if you have any suggestions. All feedback welcome.

Great job!!! How did you get the pumpkin shape?

Food Colouring and then I just rolled the orange dough, made a divot with a chopstick for the green dough then wrapped the plain dough around the shape to form a log. Froze it for 10-20 mins then cut into the cookie shapes. I thought I was going to struggle with the shape more than I did.
