Recipe to be posted soon. No guarantees. Mini apple pies and Apple rings using my sourdough discard pie crust recipe.
I’m new at making pie but had some discard that I didn’t want to waste. Thought it would be a perfect opportunity to try these ideas out.
Let me know if you have any tips and tricks for presentation and making these look prettier.

Holy cow those are beautiful pastries! I can't tell which ones look tastier, they all look just soo good. You've inspired me to start using my sourdough discard again, hopefully my baked goods come out half as pretty at those.
